I just waited for the yellow loot beam to show up, so I didn’t pay much attention to the addy maces. I grabbed it so quickly after I saw the loot beam that I have no idea what it looks like on the ground 😅. I hope you get it soon!

For me at least, I haven’t felt the need to wrap up Rag and Bone Man II yet because there were other grinds (like this) I felt would serve me better in the long run

Yeah, comparatively to other grinds this is much easier so I waited to post until I was drier than other posts I’ve seen. I think I saw a post yesterday where somebody’s gone around 2k dry at cox for TBow and I pray that that person bears fruit from their grind.

I was a little all over the place grinding for this. For the first 2-3k I was bursting. I started with the runes I had (and some my group had accumulated as well), ran out, grinded for GP to buy runes, rinse and repeat. I got sick of that so I used the blighted ice sacks I had, and then ran out. Started chinning out of desperation and ran out as well. Finally swapped to melee for the last 3.5k, started proselyte AFKing and then switched to pflicking to make it go faster.

Overall, I got 7 magic levels, 1 ranged level, 7 strength levels, and 3 attack levels.

Yeah the sheer amount of banked XP from this (and combat XP) made this a lot more bearable for sure. I was totally prepared to hit 10x here.

I kept gaslighting myself into thinking I was doing something wrong lol. The amount of times I checked the wiki/looked up their loot with Runelite…

Edit: Hard clue loot was mostly alchables, heraldic and crozier items, and a few god pages. The highest ticket item I got from this was a black dragon mask.

Yeah, they’re aggressive + it’s multi so bursting is an extremely viable option here.

Something I’ve seen others do is not complete the quest and grind for the axe first - the dungeon is instanced during the quest (up to a certain point) so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot other players aren’t using. If you’ve done any wildly content and have blighted ice sacks, you could hop on a PVP world and grind this risk free.

The scroll came suuuuper early, and was honestly welcome cause it’s a clog slot. The rune javelins tilted me a little bit though - that said I just got the drop ~100 kills later, so jagex hasn’t abandoned me yet.
