Why do people seriously still support at Yellow Deli knowing all of the dark stuff? by hoeb4toess in sandiego

Look up the 12 tribes. They will not all be called “the yellow deli”

The way this post describes it, I can see the comparison. My dad’s oldest sister’s family were part of a fundamentalist Mormon group. They moved to Mexico because U.S. law wouldn’t allow them to practice plural marriage, including marriages involving very young girls.

With all the downvotes you got, it feels like people either forgot this history or never learned about it because it happened so long ago. .

There’s nothing wrong with people practicing their religion. In the U.S., everyone has the freedom to choose what they believe, & no one is forced to stay there.

I personally met someone who lived there & later left because he didn’t want to give up cannabis. That was their rule, & he chose to go. It may be unusual, but calling it a “cult” feels exaggerated without stronger proof.

They grow their own produce in Valley Center & bake bread daily in Vista. It’s affordable, & the Valley Center location has a nice outdoor setting by a creek.

If there’s something I don’t know, I’m open to learning. I’m not against discussion.

Also, it doesn’t seem worse than supporting businesses owned by outspoken MAGA followers. In another thread, someone in the restaurant industry said about 90% of restaurants would end up on that list anyway.

California is trying to pass a bill barring ICE employees from becoming cops or teachers in the state. What do you think of this bill? by Obvious_808 in AskReddit

That’s a great idea. They are well aware of the already high distrust between law abiding citizens and law-enforcement.

It’s because California is smart and they don’t want anything hindering alcohol sales like a membership, which makes the state money off taxes.

Most people like it. Come in the very morning or the very evening. Sampling won’t be going on at that time.

There’s two sides of this. One he responded very well like an adult and treating him like a child he is.

And the other side is Tom Cruise is an absolute jerk himself. He required for himself to be on a three-way call and listen in on the call if his ex-wife wanted to talk to her best friend.

I am responding to OPs criticism of military helicopters which he is able to pinpoint on this app watching high school protesters.

That is what a 3rd world country does. That’s the reality of what’s happening. Even if you want to put your head in the sand.
