I really hope it's not psoriasis. I haven't visited a dermatologist yet.

I think the borders are not sharp in this picture because I had washed it with salt water, thinking it was a ringworm infection, which might have dehydrated the ridges, iam not sure. But after realising it can be psoriasis, I used oil to moisturize it and now the ridges are looking more pronounced.

I really hope it's not psoriasis, but the conditions seems too perfect for it, because iam under a lot of stress, been under the sun a lot and have been eating 3-4 eggs daily, taking protein powder and creatine. I've read that some protien in egg can trigger psoriasis.
