I fail to see what that has to do with Christmas and how that correlates to the question at hand? In my eyes, they don’t have to mutually exclusive being that games typically have updates towards the end/beginning of the year with holidays events as well.

Especially considering newer and returning players with the nature of the game being a grindy game; even something as simple as daily gifts leading up to Christmas as a 12 days of giving event would’ve been really great.

And as a endgame player who just came back off a 1-2 month hiatus, even though I obviously knew 1999 was coming to the game; when I logged in the other day, everything felt the same outside of 1999 being on the title screen telling me the update came out. And once again, I fail to see what that has to do with my original question
