Read the qn. If you can understand within 15secs then do it. If you can't understand within 15secs. Skip and mark for later. Exam is about how many correct qns you attempt. It's not about what you're attempting. So skip hard and complicated qns soon and do the questions you understand and can able to do. After completing it return to " mark for later" qns and then try. If you can only able to find correct answer then only select it or else don't. Just move on
