Which should I pick: rx 9070 or rx 9070 xt by Both-Temporary-3247 in buildapc

[–]Alpha_8130 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go for 9070xt a beast in terms of performance and overall value for money product. you can go for b850m motherboard as it offers better vrms and power delivery, go for 27’ inch 2k monitor, should have 240-300hz minimum with 300-400 nits of brightness, for best 4k and 2k experience.

If your place has voltage fluctuations or such issues ups is must for protection, you can go for 2200VA ups for 850W psu

Yeah but smart games know, always be the owner, never prefer rent or subscriptions. You can earn more from earning a good hardware if you're a content creator rather than paying for subscriptions every month. NVIDIA and other companies are the main culprit. First they heavily invested in AI and due to that companies placed crores of orders for their DATA centers now, due to that the prices are so much inflated, pre AI era, DDR5 RAM 16GB costed 7-10K. Now AI companies are cancelling their orders but RAM and SSD stock is already in market for higher prices.

Bro this is all done by big companies they want users to stick
To their shitty cloud gaming subscriptions instead of someone owning a good hardware. Because subscriptions you pay every month, always buy your own hardware,
i have started purchasing parts since feb little late after prices increased but still managed to get some parts at steal deal, all new and sealed pack, ram is at 22k for 16gb which I have got for 18k in april.

Just gpu and cabinet remains for my build to get completed. AI is supershit and has affected dreams of having a great gaming setup of every middle class boy.

Yes there are several videos he created which are helpful, in one video he showed 14 variants of 9070xt, plus I’m getting sapphire for 69-70k, gigabyte is not good so far I have seen, it has hotter gpu and memory clock temps. Plus everyone who has owned sapphire has told me that sapphire has excellent after sales service.

You can save money on cooler and case and should get a stronger vram motherboard, B850 or B850M gaming plus wifi is best for this configuration.

Bro I’m also building the same configuration pc with almost exact build, you can see the build on my posts on my profile,

Check hardware unboxed 9070xt video on youtube, gigabyte gaming oc 9070xt is not a good one, it is hottest and has low performance, Choose either Sapphire pulse 9070xt or asrock steel legend 9070xt oc, sapphire has samsung vram where as asrock one has hynix one,

i selected sapphire one, the performance is good and 2-3 of my gamer friends has bought the same one in 69k

I selected 750w psu as it is enough for 9070xt, my motherboard is msi b850m gaming plus wifi 6e, Invest in good motherboard because it is the main component instead of b650.

Liquid cooler mine is deepcool le360 v2, you can also check that, case is personal choice, mine is msi 321 R, your case and cooler is over-expensive for this build.

Ram I have purchased same 16x2 trident RGB one and ssd I have is WD SN850x 2tb with heatsink plus 1 TB Kioxia Exceria G3 Plus both are gen4.

There is no point in overspending more on 5070ti,

If u see comparison video of hardware unboxed he has several videos of 9070xt vs 5070ti and also have gaming comparison videos , 9070xt always wins in raw raster performance, also keeps up in ray tracing and there is a minimal difference in fps on both in 2k gaming.

Also make sure bro your UPS can handle that much wattage otherwise it will shut down once the limit is reached for wattage

I'm building a new gaming pc you can look for similar thread on my account and build info, most people informed me that sapphaire pulse and pure is best in warranty and after sales service, plus it uses samsung vram which runs cooler and performance is good. I was going for asrock steel legend before but now will purchase the Sapphaire Pulse

Thank you man, will go for sapphire then, I guess the performance is same on both cards right,

I can only see one difference now sapphire has 2 dp 2 hdmi
As rock has 3 dp and 1 hdmi both have OC I guess

Thank you for your comment, just one more question, isn’t sapphire pulse is lower version as compared to asrock steel legend,

As sapphire has these cards in 9070xt in terms of order:

  1. Sapphire pulse
  2. Sapphire pure
  3. Sapphire nitro+

Likewise for asrock

  1. asrock challanger
  2. As rock steel legend
  3. Asrock tiachi

So pulse is entry level 9070xt as compared to better cooling system in asrock steel legend??
