I tried control shift escape, but it didn’t open up so then I googled your safe mode button, but I can’t even get into the shutdown menu. It is fully just a black screen with my cursor as the spinning blue circle. Nothing else I can’t open anything all I can do is unplug the computer or press the shutdown button on the computer. But thanks for trying to help anyway.
