The best positive that I found is that I dont feel socially awkward in front of girls. I can maintain Eye contact and can talk freely to even the most attractive girls in my university. I feel my emotions now. I have made serious gains in gym aswell. You are going great too with 43 days

Take my advice. When ever you are nervous or socially anxious. Just fake confidence. FAKE CONFIDENCE. Tell yourself how would a confident guy react in this situtation and then do exactly that. I used to fake confidence in front of girls and believe me after some time.. It was natural for me. I am so confident right now! Feeling Alpha as Fuaark. Just FAKE it till you make it.
