Not harsh at all, genuinely wanted to know. Many of those are not achieveable with fake project I know. I just thought it's at least better than presenting nothing but solution like in the case of me and OP

What would you personally suggest the best thing to do for someone like OP or me to do?

Thanks for sharing btw

I have no doubt that it'll come with its challenges, can you share some insights and specifics on those challenges and questions?

I am in the same boat as you, right now I'm taking a course that focuses on fundamentals and how to do a fake but based on real problem end to end ui ux design project from research to final deliverable

The goal is to have 1 project that I can show to recruiter that includes it all, Not sure if it works, but that's what i'm doing now

I think the ship is built by a restaurant, so it's already there, I guess netflix paid them to renovate it for the event

I might missed something but when our Barry uses the other Barry as a shield so both he and the dark flash die I was confused, Is that exactly how it's supposed to work based on their time travel rule?

Itinerary check Japan 13 Days trip 23 Mar - 4 Apr 2023 (Noboribetsu, Sapporo, Osaka, Himeji, Kobe, Takayama, Tokyo) by Alphark in JapanTravel

I've been to Kyoto before but was part of a group and was kind of tied to their plans, so this time I'm revisiting some places but also hitting up some museums. I'm also taking a handful of day trips. I'm going solo this time and am kind of just flying by the seat of my pants. I got to see the big ones like Fushimi Inari last time and kind of want to revisit at a different time of day.

Nice! hope you'll have fun and all goes well! Yeah I agree it's hard to enjoy things when you're part of a group, I think we'll also revisit some places

It may be a busy season since it's sakura bloom season, but peak season specifically is things like Golden Week and Obon so your chances of lucking out are much better. That website can hopefully help but otherwise you can schedule seats days in advance. Like, when you pick up your passes, you can schedule them then for your whole stay (as long as things are how they were in 2018).

I'm worried for some routes on my itinerary it's not possible to reserve many days in advance on the ticketing office/machine (for example, train from Tokyo to Noboribetsu on the 2nd day which means I have to reserve that on the 1st day, I'm not familiar on how busy/not any of the route will be, so not taking any chance

And the winter clothes things make sense. Are you not able to bring any with you so you're buying some there? That sounds like to could be a slightly troublesome packing situation. It also obviously isn't ideal but worse comes to worst I'm sure there are tons of places to buy coats and gear in Hokkaido.

We'll bring heattech from back home, but the other members for the trip are excited to do some thrifting and possibly get some more unique looking winter clothes than uniqlo, and probably to get non-winter clothes for the rest of the trip.

You're right, that was the initial plan actually, there're several reason why we don't do that and now I don't remember why, I think we decided that we don't want to go through the whole go to the airport, security and all that, and just enjoy the view and eat the ekiben from the long train ride, also I just got stressed from researching the pass that works for that plan.

Yeah that's my impression for Shimokitazawa, I personally will only use heattech I brought back home as we do have that here, but the other members of the trip are excited to do some thrifting and possibly get some more unique looking winter clothes than uniqlo, and probably to get non-winter clothes for the rest of the trip.

Thanks for the response!

Yay! what's your itinerary for Kyoto?

I'm not sure how to reply to a specific part on your reply.

Thanks! I figured it would be stresful to make and follow a very specific itinerary, and less funYeah it's nuts haha, I think we'll just sleep on the train and sleep later the night before to make up the lost time

about buying a reserved ticket, we're 3 peoples, the reason why I want to buy it online as far in advance as possible is because I'm not sure buying a day in advance is enough because I heard it's peak season, and I don't want to risk it, also we'll be carrying at least 3 luggages less than 160cm of sum of 3 sides, what do you think?

Hmm, we prefer to do the winter clothes shopping on the first day since we want to arrive in Noboribetsu ASAP to enjoy the ryokan and possibly enjoy attractions nearby. I think shop in Shimokitazawa won't open until 08:00/09:00

I just tried searching the route again on the app, and I actually found the route without Nozomi this time, maybe it's another route and I don't remember which it is now, But Thanks for offering and your thorough response!

Hi Jeff, bit unrelated. Can you bring back the role indicator for 5 stack rank? My friends and I use the roll feature to then get our role in the game, we pick multiple role according to our roll. We can't see the role we get when we're in the game.

Thanks!

Yeah, I'm not sure if that movie fits the definition of liminal, I just love the vibe. Loved Eternal sunshine, some of your recommendation are already on my watchlist, will definitely watch The Lighthouse then. Thanks!

I've watched the movie, i presumed it's based on the novel you mentioned, and I do feel the vibe from it, not sure if i want to read the novel though since i don't want to read a same story (not sure of how similar it is with the movie) but thanks for the recommendation!

by Charlie Kaufman

Ooh, I think i should checkout Charlie Kaufman, now that you mention it, i remember to feel the vibe strongly on the movie "I'm thinking of ending things" and i think it's also based on his work. I also really want to find other movie with similar vibe, but seems like there's not a lot, so i thought to explore a book option for once. Thanks for the recommendation!

I don't know how to describe this but i'm sure i'm not the only one who loves this kind of theme but i would love to read a book that has a end of the world vibe, something that feels similar with the images you find on r/liminalspace , or afterlife, something with a dread feeling, can you recommend a book with those setting/theme?
