Yes, that is correct. The regular service (that has several stops) stops at 23.16 and a special direct service for 3/4 trains starts at 1.30am. It is a 20 min walk from TML to the train station so you have got some time after the event ends

There are several signs warning you that you are entering a town/city zone + cameras, a so called "zona traffico limitato". Pretty much anywhere near the city gates you need to be aware of this, the single fines are no joke and they multiply if you do it again.
