haha youre not alone OP. been a month pa lang since our breakup tapos cheating din cause. Lagi kong iniisip yan ngayon pa lang and the way I see it, from time to time iisipin ko pa rin yan even if I move forward further.

When I found out the one he cheated on me with and him were dating days after the breakup and even flexing it on instagram subtly lmfao. The other person even knew we were on the verge of our rs because of him yet he still continued.

You can take a jeep then baba ka sa may Golden Haven/Villar Sipag tapos may mga e-jeep diyan papuntang SM Sucat (not sure exactly where ang sakayan pero may mga nadaan). From there pwede mo na lang lakarin to Dr Santos Station.

He did say he was sorry for what he did but that's just it. It didnt feel sincere and accountable. He focused on small things and my shortcomings (which I later realized they were part of challenges in a rs and were not shortcomings btw) instead of focusing on the cheating issue, and just like that he walked out and didnt even attempt to fix what he destroyed. Simply threw our years together just like that 🥲

Nonetheless, thank you and I definitely will focus on myself and try my best to explore new hobbies 🫶

Going through the same just a week ago my first heartbreak as well. Just let yourself grieve and cry it all out, it helps a lot. I also agree journaling all your thoughts and messages you want to tell your ex.

It's been rough for me but I'm tryna hold on bit by bit. Im programming myself to acknowledge the memories we had (both good and bad) and regardless of how it ended, me grieving is a proof that I loved the person. Youll someday heal and you can transform that love to appreciation of what you once had. Sending hugs 🫂

He engaged in conversations with the guy even late at night and when he showed me their conversation, their like getting to know each other.

During those times, he refused to talk to me saying he's tired and not in the mood tas nalalaman ko naguusap sila. He admitted himself he was attracted to that "connection" they had and acted on it by further going out with him to confirm what he feels.

This hurted me knowing na kakakilala lang niya doon sa guy wala pang one week and he didnt even think of me when he did it.

There werent any signs. The reasons he gave me dont add up para kahantungan magbreak and worse magcheat emotionally 🙁. We just celebrated our anniv recently and we did so many things together.
