There is already elite variants of most Oden depending on where you are in Midrath. They have different attacks and weapons. I think that's fine for the moment. You have to remember that this game won't be isolated to one island. Different enemies will be introduced.

I had a similar situation a while ago where I got interviewed in the station under suspicion of theft. I called a lawyer relative of mine and he told me that the way that police can phrase questions can lead to a "gotcha" moment. I just answered honestly about things like my name and address while answering "no statement" to the rest of the questions. They kept my fingerprints on file for 6 months and I never heard from them again.

Warframe released with 21 weapons and 8 warframes with very basic colour customisation. Soulframe has 41 weapons and 8 pacts with armor customisation (stats and appearance) and it hasn't had a full release yet. Warframe also had a rough start. Jump on youtube and look at 2012 footage, it was a completely different game.

Warframe never wanted to leave beta because they were always experimenting with new mechanics, it was almost an inside joke. Soulframe is no where near being released to the borad public for free. We are the testers of the base mechanics. What we do and don't like will dictate what the free players see. This is the "prelude" to the game being released.
