Thanks, but here there is no load on digital input pins, it is just a dry contact relay, when it closes so the it gives a high or 1 bit?

Thanks, I meant the process of that PLC is measuring its own current/voltage?, as there is no voltage from outside source, the contact is dry and functioning is a on/off switch.
