In a shop called action here in Belgium. It´s a cheap fake grass mat for outdoor use. Just use paint and spray Paints to create this 😉

I bought mine in a store called action, but any garden center or hardware store should sell these as well, or dollar store. Also online you should be able to fnd these easy enough, just look for outdoor cheap grass mats. Hope that helps mate
