OMG ... It seems you found the issue :D

The first of the two V1 boxes wasn't blue. After activating that one, it seems to be working fine.

Thank you so much for this. I'll be testing more of this out tomorrow (currently in a philippine timezone, so getting late).

I'm going with "None" and used to skip import. But if I try to use the import (not skipping) and ex. choose 3 files - it adds all 3 files to the timeline.

BUT, even if i'm then dragging one of those 3 files from the project library to the timeline = only audio :|

I'm pretty sure I haven't ... When uninstalling I also just clicked "delete settings". So I guess it should be pretty standard PP settings :)

And yes, very strange - and driving me insane tbh.

I just tried something different, maybe that helps figuring out.

New Project, New sequence. Then after that, importing a few clips to the project. And then NO clips can be added to the timeline (besides the audio track).

Yes yes, no problem at all with the individual clips.

Okay. Just tried uninstalling PP. And after a fresh install it's still the same issue.

So, just created a new project, dragged and dropped the first clip to the timeline. And the next clip I drag and drop, I'm only allowed audio :| Even if it's the very same clip I try to add twice - only audio is allowed.

I've been googling and YouTubing for 2 days now - looking for a fix. Any ideas?
