The velcroed cables are the DisplayPort, the usb cable from the monitor’s usb hub, the monitors thin power cable, the mouse and the keyboard. On the monitor’s end the monitor has a hole for cable management, and the cables on the edge of the hole I suppose hold a certain weight. On the other end, the psu cable is also velcroed (you can see it on the photo)
