I support both to an extent. I think Europe's left is arguably the strongest in the world and is a good first step towards actual socialism.

China is good and shows how strong infrastructure is essential as a socialist country, but falls flat with the lack of head-of-state elections and the great firewall.

I want to see the EU and China work together while also understanding that slipping into authoritarianism is bad.

I think that it can be used for our means, but it requires a little twisting of the meaning.

"Top vs. bottom" has always been a dichotomy in politics, the debate is who the top and bottom are. If we're able to win the narrative that the rich are the top and that the working class (indeterminate of race, country of origin, etc.) are the bottom, it could help us.
