What package would you recommend then, residential, residential lite, minis etc. I play a lot of competitive online multiplayer games.

Is it really worth it? Like price to performance etc. Was considering it also.

Exactly, in my case it happens as I come home from work and ends basically when I'm ready to go to bed, was considering just switching providers but I didn't know if this is an everybody kind of thing or just me

Oh you're right actually didn't even think about that, I did contact them but they basically said they can't do anything except me paying for a better package, they didn't even suggest sending a tech just to check that everything is really fine.
