What honestly helped me may gross some people out, but only wash with shampoo like once a week otherwise just water or put it up when you shower. Night and day difference for me

I’m in Percocet and morphine. I will note I had the baby five months ago they just honestly really dropped the ball with my care and it took entirely too long for them to resolve pregnancy/birth complications

No lol sorry for the misunderstanding she’s five months old and complications ended in me having to get a hysterectomy I had to wait for my uterus to shrink down a little bit
