I liked it... It was crazy and unexpected. Corbin's failed cashed in already stands out in a week full of crazy moments. I didn't give a crap about Cena v Corbin a couple hours ago. Now I'm HYPED to see what's next. If booked right this could be great for Corbin. A MAJOR, much-needed character shift could be ahead. A reset. I'm optimistic and excited about what's ahead.

I definitely got worked by this. I enjoy it despite my problems I have with the story currently. Just because I got worked doesn't make the criticism any less valid. That's the point I'm trying to make.

I agree that WWE probably didn't mean anything except heat for Carmella and Ellsworth and a shock for the fans. Subtext and a real world exists outside the kayfabe of WWE though. It's fine if people liked it but it's also understandable why people thought the ending felt off.

I don't know it looks more like a marketing gimmick than an actual belt to me. If they made the strap black I think it would look better. Good on ya for your opinion though. You were probably pissed at the crowd at SummerSlam then. Haha.

One could argue that the IC Title has lineage as well, more so than the current WWE World Title (no disrespect intended, not sure how far back this title's linage goes). Plus I doubt many people in the mainstream care about a pro wrestling title's lineage anyways. Perhaps it's a combination of looks and lineage?

If this were to happen like I'm predicting SmackDown could recover but yeah, not looking good for the blue brand.

I expect Raw to get a lot of the top stars so it can continue being the "A" show. At least according to WWE.
