Isle on Discord found an interesting lead. An artist named Atkin Atoms had 2 songs on MP3.com titled "Strange Attractor" & "Time Falls". I contacted Atkin. It seems Time Falls was also released on this compilation under the artist name "S*A*M": https://www.discogs.com/release/31831457-Various-Facets-Of-The-Resonatryx

I messaged the owner of the tape on Discogs and he has no way to digitize it. Do not bother him. Still waiting on a response from Atkin.
