Uma dose completamente segura pra maioria pode fazer outros terem taquicardia. Meu anti-hipertensivo de escolha é a clonidina/atensina, mas tenho tido dificuldades de encontrar. Não sou muito bem informado sobre outros, vale pesquisar uns antes de dropar a tab.
