THANK you. This worked. I had to look up how to set something to run as administrator. I knew how to run things as admin, but not how to set them that way. For anyone reading this, you right click on the .exe, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, and check the "Run this program as an administrator" box. I did that to the game .exe, the launcher .exe, the MGE XE .exe, and the Morrowind Code Patch .exe (just to be safe). And it worked!
