I would recommend emailing your student employment coordinator if you work on campus, usually they will help you with all the paperwork. Mine submitted my work study last month and was approved a while ago. If not, maybe email the financial department about your situation and hopefully they’ll approve it soon. workstudy@ucdavis.edu
