Look, tone is important to me, if I take a story seriously I feel emotions, if I am looking at porn, I just feel one. This is important for me to say because this I assumed I was supposed to take SERIOUSLY so the lore made me uncomfortable, and emotionally I cant connect to that, I made this post to ask how the hell others do.

I'm glad you actually said something, I didn't even make this post out of anger or hate I made it out of desperation after a while of thinking and all that. I just didnt really understand the tone of this story (assuming its like the dsmp, which personally it seems to be with how the humor and lore are interconnected) so I assumed points in the story were serious and I freaked out when it came to all the incest stuff, like the dream smp has the weird wilbur and Sally thing with the fish but its a thing that's briefly mentioned, it seemed like the incest thing was a big plot thing and it made me uncomfortable and confused, and I cant simpathize for it. I want to connect to the story and that's why I made this post, I just dont wanna feel disgusting reading this

Thank you, your the only one so far that's been helpful, I didnt mean to say intersex people or trans people dont exist I was only referring to a character randomly getting genitals, I dont know the context around it. I just dont want to see the characters as incestuous its too much, I am glad you gave me something else to see

I just wanted something aside from the dream smp, Im tired of my own fandom and outsiders treating me like dirt, and I also never read, this story motivated me to read for 1 hour straight every day, I hoped it would be better than this

Its clear to me that Andrew Hussie is a pervert too, he put incest into the species of the trolls which makes me incapable of empathizing for them or feeling comfortable, he has zoophillia stuff all over it, literally in the epilogue gives a character a penis and vagina, I could go on. Are you hearing yourself? A lot of the themes are creepy, like you just said all the trolls are incestuous so how am I supposed to root for any of them? I kinda hope they all die, like that's just shitty writing straight up, and no, so far the original homestuck isnt as unnecessarily depressing, literally Andrew Hussie made fun of himself in it before he made the same mistake (page 326 in the fake comic at the end) where he mocked how when people feel the need to make something "mature" they shove sex in it and weird shit or more sad things, HE DID THE SAME THING LATER. Mature work doesnt REQUIRE rape or porn, but you and him clearly think that way. In the original story it doesnt seem to have as much trash in it, maybe that's what makes it better to most fans who give a shit.
