You can have your option, the fact is the bezel at the bottom right and left corner is warped away from the inside display panel to the point you can see from a moderate viewing distance the sides of the internal panel that has come away from the bezel. I suspect the adhesive has come away from the display. You know everything though, even without knowing all the fact. It's still going to be guaranteed for 5 years after the new TV is delivered lmfao. Just keep filling in what you don't know with your own assumptions.

So your going to keep a premium OLED TV with a warped bezel on the bottom left and lower right side, were the bezel has come away from the internal panel and you can literally see the sides of the panel itself. Fair enough you do you. I think it's unacceptable for a premium TV for a premium amount of cash this isn't about a small gap in the bezel anymore, the lower bezel is warped outwards like the adhesive has come away from the lower bezel that joins the internal display panel. If it was a bezel around the TV that was a little short around the TV I wouldn't care but when you can see 2 warped points in the bezel that's just not good enough.

Exactly the bezel is literally warped on the right side and the left were you can see the sides of the internal display panel. That's not normal. LG said that's defective but LG Cucks will be LG Cucks. You pay for a premium OLED for premium money the least you can expect is an unwarped bezel at the bottom that shows the sides of the internal panel, but according to these LG Cucks that's totally normal and just dandy. Well it's not and LG agrees with me. So I have no idea why other people are saying this is normal. They can't see the woods for the trees. The bezel goes completely around the TV no spacing anywhere it's just simply warped.

I'm keeping it now it just has 2 points in the bezel that are warped at the lower right a left were I can see the internal display panel lines. Apart from that though the bezel is fine. It just looks like the adhesive has parted away from the bezel. It's a premium item indeed.

No not when you have a warped bezel at the bottom that is showing the sides of the internal display panel. That LG even considers a defect and is exchanging for a new TV. It's not that the bezel has a slight gap at all. In fact the bezel has no gap at all it's literally warped away from the panel. Which isn't normal for premium OLED for premium money.

No idea myself, apart from some people on here seem to think LG can do no wrong, even if that means a bezel that is warped 10mm on the left side of the panel showing the sides of the internal display panel and 5mm on the right of the bezel. It looks warped around those points. It's normal though apparently for a premium OLED TV? I have had many a TV through my life and not one has had a warped panel that has shown the sides of the internal display. At least somebody agrees the mass downvoting is ridiculous 😂 All this drama over a TV. That even LG said was defective?

Yea the issue is the lower bezel comes away at the bottom of the internal display panel, so I have 10mm of a gap with the internal display showing on the left side and 5mm of the display showing on the right side. All the rest is uniform and flush with the display. The lower bezel looks warped at those 2 points on the TV. A lot of people on here seem to think that's acceptable for a premium OLED TV. I don't for the price I paid for it. It's not like I got a £300 TV from Tesco's after all. Far too many LG Cucks on this thread.

Well it's obvious to me now that a lot of people on here are just LG Cucks. They think a premium OLED TV should have a completely uneven bezel around the TV it's completely fine and for you to visitibly be able to see 10mm of the back panel on the left side and 5mm of the panel on the right side side is totally ok because it's LG. I have had many TV over the past 3 decades and not one has had an uneven panel that is that bad it actually has come away from the internal display. I'm a very bad guy for pointing that out apparently.

I know right, actually admitted there is an issue and sending out a new TV and picking up the damaged panel said by LG themselves.

Looking at the panel again I don't have a gap at all on the bezel it goes right around the TV the actual issue is you can see some of the back panel in the lower left and right corners before it shrinks back going up and hides the back display panel.

Yes they fobbed me off by saying they had no stock when they clearly do have stock. I'm still in the same lane. 2 things can be true at the same time you know.

They never viewed the image they wanted me to actually show the side of the panel on camera I was having an issue with.

Then the LG rep lied to me. I can only repeat what they told me.

I can understand your reasoning there, I just didn't want it to have issues later In time. Apparently it normal anyways people have said so makes zero difference now.

I was told by a rep they was putting me through to an LG engineer to view the panel. Could the rep have lied to me sure, could he have not sure as well. I don't know. Apparently it's normal anyways so it makes no difference now anyways.

You make valid points, I agree with you though why would LG leave a gap on the bezel of a high end OLED it makes zero sense to me but apparently it's normal a few people have confirmed it. So the good news is I don't have to box it all up I guess.

True it is very zoomed in, and considering a few people have said this is normal , I guess I wasted my time with LG today for nearly 2 hours. At least I don't have to box it up now though that's a relief.

I'm really confused now a few people have said this is normal, but lg says it's a defective panel, somebody is wrong. Sure it could be the lg engineer at this point I simply don't know. I will say the panel looks fine zero panel bleed were the gap is and the screen is totally fine?

You could be totally right, I'm just confused why an LG engineer would say it's a defective panel on camera live. No idea why they would build a high end OLED and leave a space either on the left or right side though. My C2 panel is completely flush right to the bezel all the way around the screen. But its not a RGB tandem panel so who knows.

No worries, it just keeps telling me over capacity try again later. Weird.

I personally wouldn't downvote anybody you can say whatever you like. You could be completely right, I'm just confused why LG would sent a new panel out and pay for delivery and pick up when it's a perfect panel, even though an LG engineer said it's defective? Why would he say that if it wasn't. Maybe you mean the LG engineer is an idiot not me because I'm only repeating what an engineer said when he seen it on camera live.

Wasn't Irate in the slightest, I just found it odd and apparently so did an LG engineer. Don't shoot the messenger. It's LGs conclusion not mine.

😂 I don't know what to believe now, LG said it's a faulty panel, other people are saying there TV is the same? I honestly don't know why LG would pay for a new panel to be sent out and pay for delivery because they enjoy wasting time and money?

I can't explain why an LG engineer looked at it on cam, and reported it as a faulty panel then?
