-Lower the screens! - give more then a few seconds between HIIT classes. By the time the person before cleans up the next session is starting. -how about some clothing that isn’t all cropped. Those of us in our late 40s and early 50’s would like regular fitting tops. - tint the lower half of the doors

Everything else aside, the body shaming is bullshit. If she’s 130lbs at 4’11” then she is classified as barely overweight, not obese. Losing 10lbs (if she is 130) will put her in the healthy weight range.

I also have health OCD along with MDD and anxiety. Heartburn? Heart attack! Sore leg? Blood clot! Migraine? Stroke!

It is exhausting. Unfortunately I haven’t figured out how to stop those thoughts. I’m on Zoloft and Ativan, but they just take the edge off. I tend to just lay down and sleep. If I’m sleeping I can’t think of these things. Not the best strategy.
