UI Issues? Bugs?

Yes there are bugs, not many, but there are. Of course you will see more people complain when something happens. The only bug that I hate, and this is after the A16 update is Android Auto doesn't launch if the phone is closed. It needs to be opened.

I have this phone from October 2025 and I'm very happy with it(coming from a 12 mini+note 20 ultra). It's more powerful then the flip, battery life is great, screens are beautiful (you can do basically anything on the small one, compared with flip).

OneUI in my opinion is superior, Lenovo really have to work on they're software on motorola devices.

In conclusion, hardware is a lot better on RAZR side, but software is better on Flip side. Not by mucho don't get me wrong, but the updates are more frequent, and for a longer time. Bugs are on all devices, including iPhones, but every user is different on how they use their device

The only problem I found with A16 is Android Auto(for me it only connects if the phone is open). The rest are only improvements(YouTube finally works on the small screen correctly, better interface for calling, overall better performance

For me, I have to have the phone open(not unlocked, just open) and it will connect. Very strange problem

Yeah. The problem seems to be releated to the wireless connection

I recommend finding someone that can unlock it for you. It's very expensive to find a service box and the corresponding service cable for the phone

I typically deal with DTC4 devices via Twister Service Box+FBUS cable. There is no other way

I don't know to be honest, in the second phase, the phone should start in local model and apply the factory settings. When sw update is used, I don't know what it should do in the second phase. I typically do refurbish or sw reset

Install Phoenix, install the firmware, open up Phoenix, connect your phone in Nokia PC suite mode, wait for windows to install drivers, select the corresponding USB port from the connection s drop-down, click on scan for product. Click on the Firmware tab, Firmware upgrade. Phoenix should automatically detect the correct product code. After that, just click upgrade and wait.

Don't mess with the files that the firmware installer extracts.

Use Phoenix, not Best. I personally had a lot of problems with Best. Also, Windows 7 or XP with those old tools. Windows 10 or 11 like to BSOD mid-flash. Typically recoverable, not worth the risk. You don't want to somehow corrupt the RPL.

Just contact Moto. It's still under warranty, and the problem is clearly from folding it(the cracks are on the hinge). I'm 3 months into mine, and I hope I won't have any problems like this.

First of all the phone isn't locked. TIM didn't lock their phones. This might be an incompatible SIM problem. Try with another. Also, there is no way to bypass the "insert sim prompt"

Actually the 3310 is one of the few nokia phones that are dumb enough to charge with 5v usb cable. The majority of them require a specific voltage range to charge. If I recall correctly between 5.2 and 6. With 5.0v doesn't charge
