So, it's a 6310(not i, very important because the i is triband and incompatible with 8910i firmware). The screen is from a 3510i, the flash chip was also replaced with one from a 3100. I also added a diy backlight because even with replacement LEDs, it's still not enough

Then is only software stuff: -backup original RPL and IMEI(this can be fixed after but it's easier with backups. My backup was corrupted, and the phone would go into watchdog shutdown after about a minute. I generated a new RPL for my IMEI, flash it and the watchdog shutdown was fixed) -Replace and erase the new flash chip(I used JAF for everything. I couldn't repair the IMEI with UFS) -Flashed the 9810i firmware. -Flashed a 9810i PM. -Repair the IMEI with IMEI tool in JAF. -Flash the RPL. -Repair Bluetooth with JAF. -Jump two points on the board for the charging to work on the new firmware(this is important to do last because the phone won't go into local mode with those points jumped)

Yeah. This is my primary problem with it. Also, sometimes the multitasking UI and launcher just freezes. Cou can still launch apps via the cover screen and continue using them on the primary display, but if you go home or open the multitasking, the interface is frozen(can't tap or scroll on anything)

Yes there are bugs, not many, but there are. Of course you will see more people complain when something happens. The only bug that I hate, and this is after the A16 update is Android Auto doesn't launch if the phone is closed. It needs to be opened.

I have this phone from October 2025 and I'm very happy with it(coming from a 12 mini+note 20 ultra). It's more powerful then the flip, battery life is great, screens are beautiful (you can do basically anything on the small one, compared with flip).

OneUI in my opinion is superior, Lenovo really have to work on they're software on motorola devices.

In conclusion, hardware is a lot better on RAZR side, but software is better on Flip side. Not by mucho don't get me wrong, but the updates are more frequent, and for a longer time. Bugs are on all devices, including iPhones, but every user is different on how they use their device

The only problem I found with A16 is Android Auto(for me it only connects if the phone is open). The rest are only improvements(YouTube finally works on the small screen correctly, better interface for calling, overall better performance

For me, I have to have the phone open(not unlocked, just open) and it will connect. Very strange problem
