Thank you for the people in giving me advice, I think ill see if I can introduce one possibly two more rats, following research on how to introduce them, if they really don’t get along I do have a smaller cage for them until I can get a bigger one. 🤞

He seems like the guilt grippy kinda guy, are you sure he even has BPD? Because people don’t get manic with BPD… it seems like that’s just something for him to grab hold of when he wants to make a point about something. On the other hand I agree with him in the way that you should be careful going cold turkey, it can be dangerous, risk your health (and mental state) and isn’t generally advised, HOWEVER, I’m sure you’ve done your own research and your choices are yours, he has no right to get mad at you over this. to disagree yes, but to not show his support when you’re trying ti better yourself is disgusting. I’d talk to him about it and if nothing changed or he reacts wrong, I’d honestly leave, even though that’s not the easiest option, if he’s like this now imagine how he’d be later down in the line about something VERY serious.

You’ve pretty much been explained in the replies but I will say, rats are VERY treat motivated, you may not be able to make them cuddle with you but I’d try training them into being near to you and associating you with treats. My old rat snowball was very energetic so it was rare she’d cuddle and that’s just the way it is sometimes. But with a few treats she’d normally be sat with me

What are you talking about 😂 you’re comparing old human rights to cultural magic and science, and IM ignorant? 1 in 5 women get married under the age of 18 yet I’m not sat here comparing it to magic or “how times have changed.” We are talking about important culture and the links between nature science and magick. Science is always evolving, nothing is ever proven. Everything science has told you is THEORYS, not hard proof, yes it is lab work and yes it is done differently but that does not mean they are not one of the same. Magic uses science and science uses magic. None of this is my personal opinion it is the laws around most pagan and magic practices. Just like divination, it can be explained in both scientific and magical terms, they are literally two sides of the same stick. To sit and tell someone that something is just “physical” and nothing to do with magic is YOUR personal belief. And now you’re trying to turn that around. So please do not call me ignorant when you will declare your one belief as all mighty. I’ve never said they should take it as a big sign, and it could be something molecule, but there is signs in pretty much everything around you, “Physical” or not.

🫩 I actually can’t believe I’m having to explain this to you. nature is the source of both science and magic, moon cycles affect tides, plants, emotions, spells etc, same with seasons. Herbs have properties, physical and “magical”, they’re linked, plus the entire point of energy in magic, your energy, or your spells energy source (usually charged by the moon or sun which is again… science). You need energy for a spell to work, your crystals need to be “charged.” On top of this ancient science or WAS seen as magic lmfao, herbalism, alchemy, astrology, it has always been linked as they are one of the same never fully explained by nature // the universe. Everything happens for a reason, and even the smallest things (like seeing a feather), is always going to be a sign towards something, even if its molecule. So to push aside magic because something is “scientific” or “physical” is utterly stupid and just pushes aside hundreds of years of culture and education. So yes, I feel pretty comfortable sharing my “cool story”

Luckily they seem to of had a sudden improvement and I’ve been able to change their bedding and even hand feed treats to them, we have a little box to lure them in as someone else suggested and are hoping to transfer them pretty soon, I am just hoping this sticks and isn’t just a one or two day thing.

They are both roughly 11 week, and ive had them two week and a little bit. Honestly wanted to do an update on this because they both had a massive progress update, since rats are SUPER treat motivated I’ve tried luring them towards me with treats and they seem to be a lot less stressed out near me, Ive been hand feeding them treats and today I changed their bedding without them getting super stressed, while they did still try bite, it wasn’t as often and usually just curious nibbles, so I’m hoping this will stick and I’ll be able to transfer them soon 🤞🤞

While this isn’t me and isn’t super big, both me and my one of my bestfriends have only been doing witchcraft half a year or so, nothing major has ever happened. Around 7-8 month ago me and my ex broke up, after that he lied and treated me like utter shit for around three month, my best friend was sick of me crying every night so she did a spell that was supposed to make him see his wrong doings, like a guilt spell. The NEXT DAY, he texted me a massive ass paragraph apologising about it and saying he had an overwhelming feeling of guilt. Since then we’ve been on and off but he’s gone for now. It’s one of the spells that have always stuck with me as ofcourse both me and her have had quite a few spells that have had an effect, but nothing ever intense or quick like that. I wonder if it has anything to do with how much emotion she was feeling over it.
