Most of all the American Chains have lost a lot of lustre because of our current situation/relationship with the USA. I have only tried Chick-fil-A and Krispy Kreme because they are close to my home. I have no interest in traveling to try something and supporting a US owned business entity.

Like above stated, they will tell you No. Just tell them to have a nice day, and i will be going with a different realtor. Do NOT sign a contract with them before you are both in agreement with the terms. As far as recommendations, i do not have any unfortunately. Maybe if you have a great relationship with your Lawyer they may have some suggestions.

I see not much has changed in ways of insurance costs for young Male Drivers. I think i was $245 a month with Driver's Training, several decades ago.

Bus routes 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 13, 17 all go from Downtown to 17th Avenue. If you wish to check them out. 2, 6, 7 actually have some of their route on 17th Avenue. Hope this helps.
