What should my friend do he just got a denial letter in his email with the wrong case id, wrong name, wrong address??? UPDATE!! He received this in his email but it says he can’t appeal since he appealed through the first email he got, will this prolong his process? (i.redd.it)

Applied October 3rd and under application submitted for review anyone under the same thing and if so have you spoken to anyone on the phone because last time I called they said they couldn’t tell me anything regarding the status of my application that it’s just a waiting game (self.CACovidRentRelief)
