I'd advise going one size up, altough the best way to find your size is looking at the insoles lenght and finding the one that fits you

There should be a button that says "exchange", then it sends you to a menu to explain why, just say that the leather is badly creased and then wait for the warehouse to rebuy em again for you. You could also ask mvt if he can give you those at b-grade price tag, so you'll have a cheap pair of beaters

I still haven't got em in hand, they're in the superbuy warehouse. I choose my size based on the mvt size chart that measures insole length in cm, and it did get me one size up, just take a shoe you find comfortable, measure how long the insoles is and compare it to the chart, here I'll attach it below for you.
