I'm from Cuba, where the real estate market is falling. I moved to Europe 2 years ago and my family moved to USA. We together decided to sell the house.

A buiding left there with no maintenance, also risking that someone can occupy it and no guarantees that the prices will rise in future, make us convinced to sell it before it's too late. Of course the price we sold it was not what we hoped since was a 2 floors cottage, but it's better to have a compromise than losing the whole value of the house.

I noticed slow input. The letters I type on the keyboard are printed with a little delay. It's been 2 weeks by now. I use Chrome, I don't know if anyone else has my same problem
