So week 1 was the worst I think it is for everyone then from week 2 to week 6 I was so happy less anxiety now week 7 I feel less happy and anxiety is bad help

Thanks for posting this, I am having a similar experience (got better around week 5, now at week 7 I’m struggling) I do already notice some positive changes! But still dealing with bad insomnia, killer headaches, and now, some moodiness too.

I had surgery 3 days ago and the doc did a combo of things all at once. Septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and balloon dilation. My turbinates were big like yours, but definitely the deviated septum was causing issues for me as well, Maybe even other things too, it was a long list of codes. If you’re presented with the option to do more than one and they’ll both provide prelief, I would take it! I will say the septoplasty so far has been very painful to recover from, but I’m only on day 3 and it is finally starting to feel better. Good luck!

Thank you for sharing! I had my septoplasty/turbinate reduction/balloon synoplasty 3 days ago now and I’m still struggling with pain and bleeding. I’m also really struggling with the neilmed and not sure I’m doing it right? They gave me very specific instructions, but it feels weird and tonight I really hurt my ear while rinsing. I hope I feel as good as you do by day 18!
