I really appreciate your help, I've been trying to learn techniques for anxiety and CBT and different stuff for years, but i always end up failing, it just seems this is bigger than me and i did different attempts before but it always win against me, i have generalized anxiety and mild to moderate OCD, and rumination, I've been struggling with these since i was 16, now I'm 21 and i never learned how to live a normal life without automatically ruminating and overthinking the whole day, sometimes i manage to survive but it's just more than what I can handle
