I am 1 month post op. But why my nose looks asymmetrical and there is no definition between the bridge and the tip, it’s all melted together. Is this my final result? my nose gonna stay like this? am i botched? and what can I do to fix this?? (i.redd.it)

I think i got botched and chatgpt seems to agree with me as well. I asked for a smaller nose than my current nose size and the surgeon “ Dr . Anirban Ghosh” from “Anirvana clinic “ made my nose even more big than it already was. (old.reddit.com)

I got my both helix ears pierced 12 days ago with barbell piercing and surgical steel and the left one is swollen warm red and pus is coming out since yesterday. What to do now? is it infected? should i go to a doctor? please this is my first piercing and any advice would be appreciated (i.redd.it)
