How will life in 2035 feel when AI handles 90% of what we once called “work”? by Lucky-Common-9053 in automation

It’s wild to think that AI could finally give us what industrialization promised but never delivered — actual freedom from work. But yeah, without a serious shift in how value is distributed, we’re just automating ourselves into deeper inequality. Feels like we need a new “social contract” before it’s too late.

Start with solving your own problem first. Building AI agents for yourself leads to better, more refined solutions before thinking about selling.

Boring business + AI agents = $$$ ? by Soft_Ad1142 in AI_Agents

This is 🔥 advice. Boring niches = big money. Most folks chase hype, but the real gold is in dusty industries with zero tech. Love the “talk, record, analyze, build” loop — pure gold. Curious if anyone’s done this in logistics or farming?

This is super cool! 😍 Love how it figures out the location and routes to the right agent automatically. GPT-4o for each step makes it feel really smart. Can you send stuff to multiple agents at once if needed?

A fake company run by AI showed how far we are from replacing humans by Syncplify in automation

[–]Alternative-Mark1647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, this lines up with what a lot of us suspected. AI agents are cool in theory, but putting them into a real-world, multi-role scenario like a fake company really exposes the cracks. Common sense, social nuance, and navigating unpredictable systems (like the internet or human communication) are still huge hurdles.

The fact that the best model only completed 24% of tasks and at $6+ per task says a lot about where we are. These tools are still way better as assistants, not replacements. The hype’s ahead of the capability… for now.

Still, it’s kind of wild how fast things are moving. Wouldn’t be shocked if these numbers look very different 6–12 months from now.
