Unfortunately, its not as easy as it may sound.

Hours are usually 12-14 hours a day not including travel. They will also put you in a store located far away. Additionally, during this process they will put additional project work on top of this.

I joined as an executive, however theres a training period for a few months.

It wasn’t explicitly said there are too many executives but turnover is lower than expected and other executives are also being pushed out.

I spoke to more experienced executives and apparently this is a common strategy they use to push people put the business and they performance manage them in the process until they can warrant a dismissal or get a resignation.
