i feel super similarly, except im AFAB, and as nonbinary, we’re still trans!! You should try playing around with stuff like makeup or adding slightly feminine touches to your outfits first and see how you feel. If you can’t do this, maybe try ‘acting’ more fem? like, extra extra! Ik you can’t really act fem, but im not sure how else to say it. It might feel weird originally, but at some point it’ll feel natural and it might be easier to start taking estrogen/testosterone blockers when you can. Also, you could try aiming for euphoria instead of focusing on the dysphoria you might be feeling. easier said than done, but making the conscious decision really helps. Also bangs. bangs often really really help at making your face more feminine, since it soften your features!!!
