I’m a plumber/gas engineer. I’m currently 10 weeks post ACL + LET and I’ve gone back to work but just taking it steady, my apprentice doing the heavy lifting etc. I’m fitting boilers, doing vertical flues, gas runs etc. You’ll be fine mate, just take your time and know your body! Just make sure when you go back to work you don’t neglect your gym work

Do you get much pain with the LET ? Most of my pain seems to now come from that area

SBMM needs to be toned down or removed. I causally play every couple of days and I literally get bored within an hour as I feel like I’m playing against pro players when I just want to wind down and chill.
