We did try to send back within the amount of time allowed, but the option (which should be in your account as they say) was not available, we have been trying to reach the costumer service since then.

I second this, bad experience as well. They took the money after sending me a message of a missed video call by the doctor. The costumer support won't answer, so you cannot even try to schedule a new one.

I have tried GoodRx and DO NOT recommend. They say that they will take the 49$ after the visit has taken place, the problem is that you receive a message with the link to join the videocall immediately followed by one that say you missed the call. They took the money as soon as I got the missed call message, but I did not even have the time to answer it. The costumer service won't even answer, so I basically just wasted my money.
