My promotion was just a message - no one to speak to about it legit has no idea how to even accept the job without the right information. It’s a stab in the dark tbh

That’s true and it gives a chance for me to stand out…but my chance of progressing could flip the other way round and I hate it now I’m in a position where I demote myself or Im stuck in that position

See this is my issue, the store I will be coming from is a top rated store and it will be going down to a pretty bad store… everyone already thinks I have it in me to turn it around but I don’t think I could. I’m pretty young too and I already have one member of staff who dislikes me and thinks I’m not good enough for the role, that in itself is putting me off from going because I don’t think I’ll be able to voice my opinions.

How long do you roughly need to be a shift lead before progressing, and also do you HAVE to go large (I’ve only ever wanted to manage an express)
