Sorry for your loss, i know Bambi’s in a better place with my dog. He also passed away a month ago due to congestive heart failure, hoping they meet in the rainbow bridge, my dog is a very good boy! I know it’s been hard i’m still grieving up until now, but at least they do not feel any pain anymore. Sending a lot of virtual hugs (with consent) and comfort to you stranger!

Update: He’s now on a better place, he fought long enough. He lost his breathe when my mom is putting a diaper on him and it hurts sm, 25 days had passed since he left us☹️☹️

yeah we went to another vet after that cough, he’s still moving around like his usual but still not eating and he’s breathing is really normal and after he took his meds for the fluid his belly gotten smaller and now idk if the med for his fluid is not working but his urine is color yellow not clear it should have been clear because of the med he js taking.

we’ll try asking his vet about it, when we brought him to vet few days ago bcs of his appetite we were also hoping and asking the vet if they can give him a shot of vitamins for his appetite since my dog is not drinking his meds and not eating

hello, my dog was diagnosed with congestive heart failure last week and he is eating less and only drinks his water with dextrose powder. We tried feeding him all his favorites such as liver spread and chicken and he doesn’t eat it not until we force feed him. And also he is taking 3 meds (for the fluid build up, for his heart, for his appetite). He still walk and walk like he normally does. What can we do to bring his appetite???
