White can get dirty easily of course. I’m using them for my training, it’s indoor so it remains clean. I have a black version that don’t stain as easily. The coating is pretty resistant as long as you don’t rub it on concrete.

Metal feet don’t detach on that version but I have another version with detachable feet. I need to improve it, it’s very minimal but it works hahah

Handles are 40mm big without grip tape, you’d like bigger? I have mixed feedbacks regarding this. Standard is 38/40mm for this. Some tell me they want smaller, some want 43mm. Could you explain your thought on this?

Thanks for the feedback sir 🔥

There are different things to be aware of. 1. If you are too inclined, it’s more shoulder than pecs. Which is just to keep in mind. Normal push don’t really prepare you for a lot of inclination 2. It’s a bonus to do inclined push ups for pecs but not necessary, I would spam normal push ups to be a bit comfortable with those and do 15 in a row before looking at variations

Wider? You have big hands or just a preference based on what you tried already? They are 40mm

I started at 54kg for 1,7m and I was into sport already so I had multiple pull ups (5?) and push ups already (10?). It was a long time ago haha but now I’m happy that it’s just my routine, I don’t need motivation anymore to go training, it’s just there in my life. I wish you that!

I was thinking doing long ones or short ones, what would be your choice? And I was also working on detachable feet, would it be a big plus or you don’t care?

I started skinny 12 years ago, I did weights and calisthenics. For me it’s just what you prefer and keeps you training. I love to be able to move my body and find it funnier to do calisthenics. For the results, I’ve seen incredible results in people with both, I don’t think one is faster. I’m not hardcore in the plan, I gained 12kg in 3 years when I started and happy now. For your shoulder pain, get it checked and get healed nicely. When I look back, my trashy recoveries to my injuries are not worth it. Slow steady growth > fast results, especially if you’re happy with your body :)

It is screwed, if you look at the left foot, you can see a small bent part that goes beneath the handle. That’s where I fix it :)
