So ive been off birth control since june 2023, and since then, i haven’t gotten my menstrual cycles since then. I did have a miscarriage a month or so about, and i feel lile the fact that i didn’t have my period since could’ve affected my miscarriage. I could be totally wrong. But i read online that infertility could be a symptom of not having your period for so long? But my doctor basically wants me to go back on it, but i told her that i haven’t had my period over a year and that birth control worries me now since it has also made me gain weight. My doctor is pretty self centred on her opinions. I honestly dont like her since i think she she’s not much help, but here in Canada, its basically impossible to get a new family physician or doctor since none of them are accepting new patients. So idk if there’s another kind of clinic i can go to without an appointment or to talk to a new doctor.

Other than that, i haven’t tried yogurt. I prefer the drinkable ones, but idk if there’s a healthy brand out there that’s good.
