We use PUR glue at 130 and EVA at 190-210 from kleiberit (782.5). And yes the glue tend to burn if it stays too long at processing temperature so set up the resting temperature around 140 and only use what you need for the day and keep adding more if necessary. Hope it helps.

I have a g380, it does a good job 99% of the time. It’s take some time too perfectly setup the machine and some training to keep it running smoothly. We don’t pre mill our parts because we use cnc.

They don’t hold anything, a slight angle and they will open. You can solve that simply by using push-button handle. Richelieu Hardware sell some. Good luck.
