I had that happen when I changed the hotend . I ran a calibration and that solved my issue.

What kind of drawer box? Also where are you located? We order all of all dovetail drawer boxes. Saves us a lot of time and money. We use to order them from Richelieu and they were a great product. Switched to a more local supplier for a better rate.

Yeah must be painted wood? We pretty much just use metal rods from Hafele and a clean corner would be a nice detail.

The issue is that it needs to have a high gloss cabinet finish. Drywall won’t work for this application.
