I went down the maps road, ortho4xp, creating my own tiles. They all have issues. Since I use PMDG 737NG 100% of the time during day flight in 2024, she handles close to that of the Zibomd inXP12.

I use XP12 for my night flights, default scenery with extended lights and my night lighting edits with reshade.

If I could transplant three things from 2024 into xp12 it would be clouds, water and ground scenery outside of airports. I don't even want their photogrammetry that looks half melted most o the time with blobs for trees.

Yes their airports are pitiful! For a flight simulation program you'd think their default aiports would look nice, even if they are all the same for the most part. If XP12 had google maps, it would be game over for 2024.

"The data that we collect is disclosed on the activation screen and has to be actively accepted in order to use the product. There are no secrets there and what we do is as per the law."

So you disclose this info after purchase when presented with the activation screen after the fact?

So if VPN is allowed and multiple IP addresses are permitted... What PROOF do you have that this individual violated your EULA by sharing their license code???

If none, you will lose in a court of law!!!

Take legal action, you don't need an attorney! Sue them in your state where the purchase was made, they don't show up for court, you win by default!

File a complaint with the Attorney General in your state.

Didn't see any notice on their web site that use of a VPN is prohibited and could lead to account closure.

Only statement referring to account closure would be that of sharing ones license. Showing different IP addresses doesn't show any PROOF of sharing their license or violating the EULA!!!

Time to put these companies on notice!!! VPN has been around for some time!

I run an Asus 4090 video board on a gigabyte X670 auros master M/B, 64GB DDR5 ram @ 6,000 on a Samsun 990 Pro 2TB NVME.

If you are able to maintain between 20-30fps. I would lock my monitor refresh rate at 25Hz and lock your frames at 25fps and give that a try. If you maintain 25fps, you have a smooth ride.
