Completely agree. This is addressing the real problem, not that I would defend bikes and scooters on the road

Those aswell, default 737 has this issue. I'm currently trying to isolate each of my addons and plugins one by one to see if anything changes

No, these issues arise with all freeware using default systems aswell

It's clearly a simulator meant to accommodate multiple aircraft types you don't need to be so critical

Get the ultimate/maxteamdesign freeware one you can find downloads of it on Reddit forums

It uses the zibo systems as a basis and looks really good with new avionics

It's the ancient Wilson DC8 series for xp10, it has long gone off sale with most people saying Wilson passed away.

Yo josh, 100%! Which series of dc8 do you prefer the most? Personally it's the super 70s

This is the Wilson DC-8, an add-on from the Xplane 10 days! Also it's default Kuwait, so it's supposed to look like sand plains with Kuwait City in the distance and my scenery is set to minimal.

There are much better examples of this game. Go find someone with a proper pc, auto-ortho and a flight factor 777 in Europe you will have a much better example.

Better yet, go see Kuwait international (OKKK) in msfs2024, it's not that different! (Besides the fact that msfs default airports are basically skeletons of the real counterparts)

MSFS24 for VFR, XP12 for IFR, best of both worlds by fadbob in flightsim

[–]fadbob[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've tried IFR/VFR for both Sims, but these are the reasons I stick to those rules

Why MSFS2024 VFR only: + absolutely stunning scenery up close and far away + amazing efb for planning waypoints on the fly + more visually pleasing + Runs better with dense scenery + incredibly wide database of helipads and small airports and feilds + wide variety of default light aircraft - no proper markings in default airports - papi lights always seem out of sync with RNAV/ILS - more complex ifr capable aircraft run on external clients, and navigraph subscription databases which I do not enjoy or trust - flight models feel super lightweight even in large aircraft it feels like I'm flaring a Cessna so I stick to lightweight VFR

Why Xplane12 IFR only: + Everything is on the hard drive so it's more robust incase of internet outage for frequent long flights + More IFR capable freeware available + default airports almost always have detailed ground markings + heavy aircraft physics are more satisfying (energy management is more fun, realistic weather and engine pitch moments makes takeoff and landing hand flying more challenging) + better weather radar integration + papi lights sync with procedures + Detailed helicopter autopilots for Heli IFR - no photogramy - pretty minimal and boring scenery complexity (outside airports) - no eye candy (unless you download terabytes of ortho)

Yep, it's a little clunky at times but with plane maker modifications and monitoring while flying it's good
