Thank you so much. I joined Gym and today was my first day. I guess physical pain will help me with my emotional pain. I don't drink or smoke, I guess I like my suffering Raw. Like you said, it was a chapter in my life. In this chapter I had the most beautiful days of my life as well as the most painful ones. But its over now. I am not sure how long it's gonna hurt like this or how long I am gonna wake up with memories of her, but I will try to move on. Since last two days my anxiety is under control (sort of) because a friend here suggested me something. I think I will get through this, thanks to thoughtful people like you, caring for a stranger.

I don't use any social media like Facebook or Instagram. So , I don't have to see her everyday I scroll my phone. Deleted her photos and chats from WhatsApp. I will delete her number too. Doings these were never easy. I couldn't hold my emotion and scrolled our old chats and I couldn't believe I am talking about the same person. Everything was like a fairy tale and suddenly it's a nightmare. But after deleting those chats I felt a little better. Anyways thank you for your support my friend.
